Back order Problems

  1. Anyone else have some sort of the backorder problems? I ordered clubs a approximately one month ago (915D2 Driver, 915F (22 degree)5W, 716 AP2's 3-P)and even ordered a new golf bag as well--wasn't informed of a backorder until just a few days ago mind you. Not sure what the hold up is as other people have ordered clubs and received them within a week or so. The frustrating part is I feel like I'm being kept in the dark on the whole thing by both Titleist (I've called twice) and the shop I ordered it from is probably sick of hearing from me asking if my clubs have arrived yet...Titleist, if you are out there...can you please at least give me a day when they might ship? I'll take any info at this point, I'm desperate!!

  3. At first I thought it was just me, and maybe because of my location I was suffering a little bit of a delay. But then I saw you were having the same issue almost exactly and thought I should voice my concern as well in hopes we can get to the bottom of this ASAP!

    the same thing happened to me. i ordered a 915 fd with the white 80x. i let almost four weeks go by and i finally called and they said it was back ordered and had no time frame for it. i went with a different shaft. i find it very interesting that they have no desire to make a call or send and email and tell people their product is back ordered.
