All I can say is wow I had a chance to hit a new 716 T MB 4 iron the feel was so soft and controlled managed 210 yards total distance on the simulator. These maybe a iron set in my future really like how they look and feel anyone else had a chance to try these out yet?

The T-MB are sweet. I was able to hit these as well and they are long. I do hit a very long ball and this club was giving me 15-18 yards. It could just be the excitement of hitting Titleist. The feel is soft yet responsive with optimal feedback that has the ball flying off the clubface.

I have the 3 and 4 iron. They are amazing!

I play a full set thru PW, and have been pleased with them throughout the set. I would certainly recommend a full iron fitting if you're considering a full set. I originally planned to keep the DG AMT in my order, but the fitting turned to something different altogether.

These have great turf interaction, can flight shots fairly easily, and do provide a bit of confidence in the long irons.

I moved to these from 712MB irons. Highly recommend these.

Brian, what shafts did you end up getting in your set?

I am also playing a full set of T-MBs and love them. I used to be a MB guy and even got a set of the 716 MBs and was thinking of playing a combo set; T-MBs and MBs. But the game isn't getting any easier, so I took a chance and ordered a full set and I couldn't be any happier. They don't look chunky at address and you have the confidence that there is all this forgiveness and the ball just flies off the face.

Super happy with the set and can't wait to keep playing them.

    I completely agree with you!
I recently added the 3 iron to my set. The ball just explodes off the face. I was going to use it to swap in & out with my 3 hybrid, but it can do everything my hybrid can do, and more. The distances are the same and it is easier to flight down in the wind. I think Titleist has a hidden gem in the new T-MB's.

  7. I have hit them inside, on a launch monitor. Weather will finally cooperate here in the northeast this week. Time for some turf interaction. I had similar numbers to you. The 4 iron is so simple to hit. Even the mishits didn't lose too much distance.

    Enjoy!

I've got a 2, 4 and 5 iron in the T-MB and they go for miles! Just wish I could get a full set of them but unfortunately they aren't available in the UK.

    Enjoy them!
