  1. I just went to my Country Club today to get fitted for new AP2s. I am 6'2" with 37.5" wrist to ground. I tend to draw the ball with my standard clubs. The fitting had a result of ordering 1/2 inch long and two degrees upright. Does this sound right? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

    Hi SPennington,

You are asking if your specs from your fitting are correct? If you are worried, I would suggest going to see another authorized Titleist dealer/fitter.

Your specs would be for you because your body and swing are different. I remember reading something a long time ago that Stewart Cink is like 6'4" and his irons are only 1/4" (maybe 1/2") longer than standard (whatever company he was playing that time) and 4* upright.

Bubba Watson is like 6'3" and his irons are only 1/2" longer.

So it all depends on your set-up and how you swing the club and how it interacts with the turf could change how upright (or flat) your irons would be.

But again, if you are really worried that those are the wrong specs, then get a second opinion from an authorized Titleist fitter so you know the clubs you get are correct for you.

Let us know what your specs turn out to be.
