I have been thinking that something wasn't quite right with my hybrid head in the swing, as if something was moving? On removing the head from the shaft and cleaning I noticed that if you shake the head you can definitely feel something move. Surely this isn't right?

I would take it back to where you purchased it and exchange it for a new one or you can have it sent back to Titleist for repair.

Hey Glenn, This happened to me in the fall. Same exact thing. Loose washer inside. felt loose body in it somewhere swinging.
My pro shop I bought from sent it back to Titleist and they put a new head on the existing shaft and sent back to me.
Go ahead and send it back my friend!
    Cheers,

  4. if you have a rattle inside the club head then no thats not right. I would call titleist and see what they say or go to golf galaxy and see if they can fix it but titleist would be your best bet

Something similar happened with my 915D3 driver head shortly after I put it into play. There was definitely a rattle. It didn't affect ball flight but it made me paranoid. Golf shop sent it back and Titleist replaced the head. If you're uncomfortable with it, bring it back.
  6. That doesn't sound normal, I would contact customer service and see about having them take a look at it...

Bring it to local shop where you purchased. I'm sure they can get out whatever is in the head or simply send back to the Mothership to fix

Two things come to mind quickly. One, is it the screw which attaches the head that is causing you to think something is loose? Two, is the weight on the sole loose?

If it is neither of these, then perhaps a discussion with your seller/authorized dealer would be in order.
  9. I have the same issue with my 21*. Like the insides are separated from the outsides. Will be curious to see what title it's has to say. For the price you pay for these things you would think that you're getting a legit product. I just hope Titleist makes it right
