    Given the extremely limited nature of these irons I doubt we will see them in a left handed model.

    These won't be available for left handers. However, they were released as a concept for tester validation. If the testing proves that the engineering in this design would add value to the product line, I bet you will see these features incorporated in a future release which would be available to lefties as well.
