I've had my 915 d3 driver that I bought through my college golf coach for about a year now. In a tournament just recently I noticed a rattling sound coming from the head of the driver. I've taken it apart and tried shaking it out thinking it was some glue but couldn't get it out. Can I still send it to titleist and have it fixed or replaced? Not a great feeling standing over the ball thinking your club might break every time you hit it... Haha

  2. Hi Evan,

We are sorry to hear about the issue with your driver.

Please take it to your local authorized Titleist retailer and have them contact our golf club warranty/ repairs department on your behalf. They will be able to setup an inspection and have your driver returned to us. If you are still playing at the collegiate level your coach will also be able to set this up via the university's account. www.titleist.com/find-a-golf-shop

Let us know if you have any issues.
  3. Hi, I had the exactly the same thing happen with my 915 d3 only that I managed to get the loose item out using a small vacuum pump. It was a fairly large piece of gum or glue (prob 6 or 7 cm long) that had obviously come loose inside the head. I am pretty sure my club is no longer under warranty, so doubt I'll be able to take it back to the dealer. Will performance of the club be affected??
