Hey everyone, Hope you all are having great summers and shooting the best scores of your lives. Quick question, am I the only one that decided to stick with the 913 D2 over the 915 D2? Don't get me wrong, I WANT TO LOVE THIS CLUB, BELEIVE ME! (Believe me? Sorry, didn't mean to sound like Trump) Anyway, I've tried everything from playing 9 holes with each club with the same shaft, to playing 2 rounds with each head and for me the 913 just feels better. Heading to a demo day in a few weeks and looking forward to the 917, anyone else using older stuff they just can't leave? Thanks.

  2. I did not keep my 913 D2....I always move on to the most current version every two years if possible...need every extra yard I can get! LOL

    Grindelwald,

If you're striking and feeling the older one better, there's no problem about it!! Just stick to it until you find a better one, maybe already the 917...
  4. Mr. Pizzle, your not alone. I have tried every shaft available for the 915 D2 and D3 but it just does not feel as good as my 913 D3. I even took my Rip Phenom shaft and put the 915 D3 head on it and just did not get the performance my 913 has. I did switch my 913fd to the 915f 3+ wood and that made a world of difference. also put the 816 H2 in my bad, wonderful. Looking forward to trying the 917 driver. Very excited to try one of these bad boys. They look amazing.

I still have the first AP2's and since I take care of them I don't see a need for replacing them. I did get the new W in the 716 series because I just like the looks of it vs the Vokey (Sorry Bob). My golf buddy's say mine look brand new anyway.

I kept the 913, and hit it quite a bit farther than the 915, although I only hit it on the monitor........Of, course, I don't have a stock shaft either.....I'll test the 917 in a few weeks.......If it's better, I'll buy it, if it's not, I'm good with the 913........
