The golf season is coming to an end in Wisconsin fairly soon. This was an exceptionally exciting golf season for me due to two reasons......my new set of AP2 716 irons and the joy experienced in swinging these clubs. I would recommend these to anyone who would listen. The improved forgiveness in the longer irons, with added perimeter weighting, inspires confidence. In fact, one of my earlier rounds this year I did not hesitate to pull my 3 iron from 215 yards out with a forced carry over a stream, Blackwolf Run, Meadow Valley #18. As anticipated I was putting for birdie, then par, then bogey (which I made). My putting woes aside, the confidence in my ability to place shots as needed with the AP2's is greatly improved and I can't wait to play more this fall and next season. Any questions about these clubs please feel free to ask.

  2. @Kyle J. I can only agree you on this.
I had my first Tiltleist irons this year and it was also the AP2 716. And the joy of just looking at them is intact even several months after I got them. I also feel I can hit them better from difficult lies as well as shaping the ball a little easier. I even got my handicap lowered. The only "issue" I have is, I can still be in doubt of how far I hit each iron, but at least the Vokey wedges are dialed in :-)
I just don't want the season to end.
