Crack in head

    I noticed when I was playing this past weekend that my 915D2 driver has a small dent and crack on the back of the head by the spot where the loft is listed. I have not hit it on anything nor done any damage to the club. Is there anything that can be done about this? Can I ship it back to get it repaired or possibly get a replacement?

    We are very sorry to hear about the issue with your club head and would like to guide you through the return process.
    Please take the club head to your nearest authorized Titleist retailer, preferably the place of purchase, and have them call our warranty department at 800-225-8500. They will be able to setup a work order, arrange for the return of the product with prepaid shipping if requested, and provide you with the expected turnaround time.
