  1. Hi folks,

Avid Titleist and Scotty fan, but I'm having some real trouble with my beloved putter.

What appears to be a silicon filler round about the insert has come lose and part of it has fallen out, despite constant care and attention for my favourite club in the bag (it even has a tour only headcover, we can but dream!).

Anyway, this is starting to really affect performance of the putter as it makes a large "click" and feels like a Top Flight XL2000, not a 2016 ProV1 I'm using - horrible!

The solution would be to replace it but the putter holds sentimental value to me having received it on my 16th birthday and putted superbly with it ever since - until now. It's not what I would expect from a Titleist / Scotty product and I'm at a real loss as to what to do... I emailed Titleist and Scotty, took it to my club pro, a local driving range etc etc - all to no avail!

Anyone experienced this before? Know what to do or how I can have it fixed without breaking the bank?

    Appreciate your feedback.

    Andy.

  2. Hi Andrew,

We are sorry to hear about the issue with your Scotty Cameron putter and the frustration in getting it repaired. The standard procedure for setting up a work order to have this corrected is take it to your local authorized Titleist retailer, have them contact our golf club repair department, and they will be able to arrange everything on your behalf. The partner location will also be able to provide you with pricing, and once the putter is received it typically takes 3-5 days in house at our factory. Should you have any further issues in getting this corrected please let us know.

    Kindest regards
