Grips for 716ap1

    I am looking at ordering and replacing my grips this winter on my 716 ap1 irons and 915 woods. I am noticing that there are some different core sizes, a 58 and a 60 seems to appear most. Which size will be right for my clubs. Thanks in advance.

    .580 and .600 are the two most common core sizes of grips. The answer to your question depends on the butt size of your shaft. For instance a .580 grip on a .600 shaft will make the grip feel larger vs. .600 core grip. Also, a .580 grip may feel softer in some instances vs. a .600 core grip. I would recommend you consult your local pga professional for direction...go with what feels best though in the end! You may wish to experiment.
