917 driver weight stuck

    Hi all. I have my new 917 driver all ready to use but I'm not able to take out the weight cartridge. It seems to be stuck. Any ideas how to get this out????

    Hi J, Not sure what has happened, but please take it to your local pro shop (where you purchased is fine) and ask them to contact our Warranty department.  They will be able to find a quick solution for you.

    I have the same problem. I received my driver today and the neutral weight will not slide out. Too compound my problem my driver was a promotion for buying a large amount of building materials at a convention I was at, so I never purchased it from a pro shop to take back to get assistance. Any suggestions on how to get it out?

    Hi Aron, Even though you received it through your company, you will still have to set up a Warranty through an authorized pro shop.
