    I'm looking to replace the shaft in my DCI 990 pitching wedge. Don't laugh because I still play those... Question is what is the raw shaft length?? I want the club to be standard length, 35.5", so what would be the length of the raw shaft?? I can't seem to find those specs anywhere.

    Hi Jim,

    For normal builds we use a raw shaft that is one inch longer than standard length and trim from the butt; however, for any iron below an 8 (i.e. 9, P. GW, etc) we always use a 37" shaft unless otherwise requested.

    Jim, no laughing here. Last Jan. I got my AP1's , they replaced the 990's. They will always have a special place in my mind, good times with um. Good luck and hit um straight, Dave....
