    Actually I have two questions.

    1) Does Titleist allow customers to send to send irons back in for spec checks? I have a set AP2 716's that have not had the lofts and lies checked since i got them about 10 months ago. I'd like to send them Titleist if possible.

    2) If sending them in is not an option is it possible to recover original specs that i had ordered them at? I had them bent flat by a fw degrees but would like to know what the actual specs if I have to go a different route

See Titleist website www.titleist.com/.../716-ap2 for specs. Any clubfitter can perform the spec check you ask for. Shipping clubs across country can get expensive.

  3. Hi Rymail00,

We extend complimentary loft and lie checks on custom clubs to the original purchaser once per year if they are the current generation or one removed (I.e currently the 716 or 714 line of irons). You are able to arrange this through your local authorized Titleist retailer, and your only expense should be shipping.

You can give us a call at 888-TITLEIST with the serial number etched into your iron set, and we can provide you with the original build specifications. We are here Monday - Friday from 6:00 - 3:30 Pacific.

    WOW!!!!!!!

I responded to the pst aboe before reading this one.

    This is awesome to hear!

Is regripping available for an extra cost? Obviously the price of grip plus the installation, if so, I'm curious about Lamkin Crossline Full Cord.?

    THANKS AGAIN CHRIS!!!!

  5. Can I ask if this facility is available in the UK/Scotland, as I have a set of 716CB irons and 3no SM6 wedges, which were custom built for me this year and would appreciate a loft & lie check before the start of next season in March/April?

For informational purposes please let us readers know how much you paid for shipping and insuring your clubs to and from Titleist.

Will do. I went to our DSG and had them sent in last Monday. I've know the guy that runs the golf department well for years, actually i worked there for a few years as well awhile back. So I didnt pay before for the shipping them out but once I get them back I'll let you know what the total was.

We also called Titleist and to see if they had my specs on file and they did obiously so that was nice.
