  1. Hi Guy's

First time posting. I recently bought the Ap1 716's and had the dreaded "too close to a tree trunk" shot and snapped my 5 iron shaft.

Where's best to get it replaced and what are the likely costs.

    Thanks

    R

Hi RG! I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. I can imagine the sick feeling in your stomach ... especially with a relatively new club. I know that's how I felt after a similar incident happened to me.

I would suggest contacting your local Titleist Retailer where you purchased the club. They can often do repairs or arrange for the repair -- especially if you were fitted for the clubs.

Perhaps also reach out to Titleist at their 1-800 line and discuss options with them too - or perhaps a Titleist Concierge can discuss more with you on this forum. Regardless, I hope your club does not stay out of service too long!

Hi, Sorry to hear about your shaft :( You can take it to your pro and have him/her set up a reshaft with us. The cost would be for the shaft, the new grip as well as labor. Your pro should be able to give you the price as we don't have an MSRP any longer.
