    Team Titleist,

    I would like to get your thoughts on a good iron set up of half blades half cavity back. I love the look of the 716 CB and 716 MB. I am a 6 handicap. Would these be good choices for half blades and half cavity back?

    A mixed CB/MB set of irons certainly isn't unheard of, but I would suggest that you work with a qualified Titleist fitter to make sure the mixed set is what works best for you.

    While I do understand why people mix the bag, I'd never be able to. Personally, if your a 6 and hitting forged already, go one way or the other. I've seen a mix of the CB and MB, with a T-MB on top. Straight MB's baby, nothing better!!......
