Custom Order Tunaround time

    Hello!!

    Just a quick one really... I ordered a new set of 716CB with project X LZ shafts on Sunday 22/01/2017 from American Golf. They said they should arrive within 2 weeks (I know only been 10 days) but wanted to check if anyone had any recent order experience and is this time scale realistic for orders in the UK. They also said they cannot track them and are waiting for them to arrive...

    Just can't wait to get them and want to be hitting them on Saturday. Some other older discussions do mention that there can be delays for 'exotic' items and I'm not sure the Project X LZ shafts fit into this category.

    The custom shaft matrix shows the Project X LZ shafts as "Always Available" so they should not cause a long delivery time unless they are temporarily out of stock.

    You should go back to you retailer. They have the ability to see if your order has entered production and what the estimated ship date is. They can also call and ask for the current status of your order. It isn't really a lot of trouble, we do it for our customers all the time.

    I did actually get the retailer to call up and there was a delay with the shafts, they only had 3...

    Hopeful they will arrive this week although played great at the weekend with my 714's so happy enough to wait.

    Typical... order new set and suddenly the old ones start to behave themselves :)
