    We received a lot of great questions on the launch of the WedgeWorks Exclusives, so we went to the source to get the answers. Feel free to post any other comments or questions you have about WedgeWorks by replying to this thread and we’ll get the answers.

    Groove cut? C-C or "regular" for the amateurs. What kind of grooves are available?
    A:  Our initial offering is with the Spin Milled Pre-2010 grooves.  In the Fall, we will offer C-C Grooves.

    This is amazing but why no 60M?  I've been waiting forever to get another one and missed the last offering of 135.  Please add that to the options!!!
    A:  The TVD-M grind is a derivation of the M grind.  The TVD plays with a bit less effective bounce.

    How about adding a black nickel finish to go with the black nickel KBS shafts?
    A:  Right now we are not offering a black nickel finish, however, we will offer a new oil can finish, called “Oil Can Zero” in the fall.

    WHAT A GREAT PROGRAM !!!! HOWEVER WITHIN THE LAST TWO MONTHS I JUST UPGRADED MY 52 AND 58 WEDGES  SERIAL #'S8257236 AND 6201977.CAN ANYTHING BE DONE TO RETURN MY CURRENT CLUBS AND GET THE CUSTOM ONES MADE.I WILL HAVE A HARD TIME WAITING TIL THESE ONES WEAR OUT!!!
    A:  Robert, we don’t take returns on used clubs.  However, you might consider a back up set given that this is the last 6 months that we can sell the larger pre-2010 Spin Milled grooves.

    Would like to know if this comes in a fifty-eight degree wedge with an eight-degree bounce.
    A:  Yes indeed!  The TVD58 has 8 degrees of effective bounce.

    Great idea. I would like to know what the "Links" tier and "Tour" tier includes?
    A:  The Links Package includes 4 character stamping with 20 paintfill options and your choice of 8 BV grips.  The Tour Package includes 8 character stamping with 20 paintfill options, 40 toe engraving options, 4 shaftband options, and 8 grip options.

    Awesome, I have 2 M grinds now.  I see you have listed the  lofts starting at 52 degrees, would I be able to get a 52-bent 2 degrees strong, so effectively a 50-degree?  That's really what I need.
    A:  Generally, we offer one degree of bending, strong or weak.  We also included a comments section on the order form where we take special requests!

    This is as fantastic as it gets !!! It's about time we can get some prime wedges with out having to buy the special editions. How about a 48/10?
    A:  Right now, we have lofts from 52-60.  We are always open to feedback and may consider a 50 or 48-degree option in the future.

    What a great idea, perfect addition to a set of clubs for a Titleist mad golfer! Are these going to be available for shipping outside of the U.S. as I am based in Northern Ireland?
    A:  Stephen, our initial launch is in the US.  We are working through some of the shipping, customs, and tax issues and hope to be able to offer WedgeWorks outside of the U.S. later in the year.

    Looks great.  When will they be on the market in Florida?  Will they come in 52 degrees?
    A:  Mike, our WedgeWorks Exclusives are available now at www.vokey.com .  We definitely ship to Gator Country!

    Would it be possible to get V-grooves to match my MB710?   I like the spin control characteristics of that groove better than I do my C-C wedges.
    A:  Chris, it is unlikely we will offer V-Grooves in WedgeWorks Wedges.  We currently offer Spin Milled grooves and will add the C-C option later in the Fall.

    Will "wedge works" feature a "send it in" program similar to that of the Scotty Cameron Custom Shop where a player could send in their old wedges to be refinished and re-grooved?

    We don't currently offer that service.  We appreciate the feedback and will consider it for future offerings!

    How fast do u guys ship to countries outside of the U.S.? How about in a America? Is shipping free? How much is it?

    Our initial launch of the WedgeWorks Exclusives program is in the United States only.  On our web ordering form, we have a shipping calculator that determines the shipping costs.

    I've noticed on a web site that someone just received their Vokey wedge back from the custom dept. and it had their three letter initials stamped on the wedge 8 times. According to the Vokey website though, it sounds like you can only get a total of 8 letters, not entire initials stamped on your wedge. If that's the case, can you put in a special request for more stampings? I love the look of many of the tour pros Vokey wedges with the numerous stampings and would like the same. Thanks.

    Currently we offer two custom packages for personalization and stamping. The Links Package comes with your choice of up to 4 characters and the Tour Package allows up to 8 characters, your choice of toe stamp and shaft band. Both packages come with your choice of paint-fill.  The three letter "snow stamping" was done as an example club for GolfWRX only.  We are currently perfecting the snow stamping option and this should be available as part of the Tour Package soon.  Snow stamping will be available in 1 or 2 letters, for example we will be able to snow "BV" or "V".  We do accept special requests, but cannot guarantee anything!  Special requests can also delay your order.  WedgeWorks will continue to offer more options in the future based on customer feedback.

    The black nickel finish is only available on stock, right-handed spin milled wedges with lofts between 52 and 60 degrees. This finish is not available for WedgeWorks Exclusives or in the stock Spin Milled C-C grooves.
