917 Driver Shaft Tipping

    I currently use the 917 D3 driver with Aldila Rogue Max 65 shaft. It is the best head/shaft combo I have ever used. I am just wondering, does this shaft get tipped before the installation of the sure-fit adapter? I have read previously that some of the shafts are tipped and others are not, so I am just curious about this particular shaft.

    Hi Chad, The Rogue MAX is not tipped in the driver unless requested otherwise.
