  1. Anybody have suggestions for using the Titleist warranty program? I have a Scotty putter showing rust within my one year. Have called three times, each time they send me to a golf course to set up a return. Each time the pro shop has no idea what they're talking about. It's over an hour drive to a retail shop. Any suggestions? They won't let me send it in myself

I would call Titleist and see what they say
  3. All three times, Titleist told me which golf courses to take it to. The club was bought in Ohio when I was passing through. On the phone, they never even asked where or when it was purchased. They said they would bring it in and fix it. I've also offered to ship it myself

Is that golf course a Titleist account?

Hi Brandon, Did you try taking it back to the pro shop where you purchased it? They should not have an issue setting up a Warranty inspection for you. You can also call your pro shop and have them set it up by phone.

If you are trying to have a shop set it up and you did not purchase it there, make sure you take your receipt with you. Please know that if you are taking it to a shop where you did not purchase it at, they can charge you for shipping it in even if the return shipping is free. If the shop is a distance from you, have them drop ship it back to your house or place of business as it is a "signature required" on the return.

Ship it back where you bought it with your original receipt.which they should be able to fix it ,if not call Scotty Cameron or titleist rep file a complaint.

I've had nothing but good experiences with Titleist/FJ customer support. Quick responses and replacement product in my hands. They will take care of it.

Hi Brandon, You can go to the Dick's or Bobicks, bring a copy of the receipt for the putter and have them contact the Warranty department and speak with Danny. Call them first as they may be able to set it up via phone. They are both familiar with setting up repairs and warranties. Danny has been apprised of the situation and will handle it.
  9. Thanks for the feedback guys. After the 5th call with Titleist, they let me return it directly to them. The pro shops listed on this website had no idea what to do and didn't care to help. Unfortunately, I don't live near a big box place like Dick's.
