Iron shafts , graphite vs steel

    My 7 iron swing speed is around 77mph . I am considering going to graphite shafts. I am currently using steel regular flex. If I go to graphite should I go stiff , or graphite regular?

    and have any of you used Alta graphite shafts?

    As each manufacturer has their own system to designate flex the only answer to your question is to get fitted to determine shafts to fit your swing.
