When you order a shaft from Titleist it comes with the SureFit adapter installed and you can place the order through any authorized Titleist retailer. The retailer can tell you the cost before you place the order. If you are placing a custom order for a new driver/fairway wood with an uncharge shaft, then the retailer will be able to tell you what the total cost is, which by default will tell you the uncharge price. They key is that every retailer may charge a different amount for an "upgrade" shaft.
