    Who would I contact to find out how much the upcharge is for particular shafts if I were to order directly from Titleist?

    You will need to contact an authorized Titleist dealer/account for that information and they will be authorized to order the shafts for you.

    Many shafts custom ordered have no upcharge. You can check in the online custom catalog - media.titleist.com/.../
    Titleist does not sell clubs direct. Any shaft listed as exotic will be priced by the local pro shop/retailer. Even the list price at most pro shops for standard charge combinations is subject to some negotiation.

    You're local fitter would have that cost. You can't buy directly through titleist so you need to find an authorized dealer:

    First, you can't buy direct from Titleist only through an authorized dealer. Titleist does not have a retail price list for shaft upcharges, it is up to the individual dealer to set the price.

    Work with your club professional, get properly fit and see what she/he will give you for a price.
