    I use my 5 iron tremendously in golf. It has taken a beating and I am wondering if I can just purchase only a new 5 iron to replace my old 5 iron. I do not want to, but it needs its rest.

    Yes, you can buy individual irons.

    The 718 versions can be ordered separately. Your dealer would need to check with Titleist if you want a 716 version to see if you can get lucky. Otherwise, you'd have to search for a used club.
