  1. Saw pics today of the new Titleist CNCPT irons (concept). Very interesting shape and look. Interested to see and hear how they are made, and what the advantages are and how they look and perform as well.

  2. I would think they would be made in a similar fashion to the C16 concept irons, which I have. Great clubs. Hope the back of these aren't as soft as the C16's, they dint pretty easily.

I saw the picture of the back but it's hard to tell much from it.

They are being built in a completely different factory, the process for them is completely different from anything they've made even the C-16's. They will be limited and back ordered most likely because of the quality control they have is so tight any miscalculation will be a total loss for them, so time wise will be longer than any other club they build. They are extremely expensive, I think $500 a club (Steel Shaft) with the most tungsten in a club ever with 110g grams, they will be built much more solidly and feel great and will last even longer.
  4. I have a number of sets of the C16's and love them, with different shafts. The spin numbers are great. I have a Trackman and E6 simulator and they are one of the best sets or irons I have ever hit. Can't wait for the new concepts to come out. I have shot my lowest scores with these irons. I wish I was on staff with Titleist but I'm not. I have been responsible for selling 10 sets of these irons base on my performance and having people hit them. They can't believe how well they perform. I gave a set of these irons to a girl that will be now playing Division 1 golf...can't be happier. I'm 61 years old and feel like I'm 40 when I play these irons. They are the real deal...
  5. If you think these will come out for the 2019 season what do you think of them

Like the look and from what I have heard they could be very fast for ball speed. Can't wait to try them

I was fit for the smaller head model on Sunday and they are absolutely awesome. The feel is unlike anything I've ever hit before and they're pretty good looking at address. My 4 iron carry was longer than my current T-MB 3 iron so I am excited to pick up a full club in length. Awesome clubs!

Awesome to hear. Do you know what the std lofts are? Based off a 46* pw?

The C16 have been great for me. I've experienced a little distance gain and much better consistency than I get from my 718 AP1. I thought they would be the last set of irons for a long time. However, if a new concept iron is released I would certainly jump at the opportunity.
  12. Received my new CNCPT irons a few days ago. They look like the CB's, length, top line. They feel like a players iron but the carry is awesome, the spin, and the apex. I'm going to have to get some numbers on Trackman. I played one round with them and really like them. As I have mentioned I have a number of sets of C16's with various shafts. Just had Titleist reshaft a set with Recoil 65's, F4. Those feel and perform really good. Might have to reshaft the CNCPT's from Kuro Kage to the Recoils...Titleist is on to something in my opinion with these Concept clubs, drivers, irons, and the Scotty putters...

Would you mind sharing where you got them. Don't see them on the website yet , seriously interested. The C16 have been great for me. So good, I wouldn't miss the chance that these may be an improvemnet.
  14. I ordered them through my golf shop here in Reno, NV, Golf Headquarters.

Sounds like a great set of irons. Almost a cross of the AP3 and the CB. I currently have the 712MB and am really looking forward to seeing and hearing more.

Sounds like these are what I've been waiting for. I gave up forged player's irons because I wanted a little extra distance. But, then you lose feel and spin. I was going to get a set of AP3's. I wanted to get the 718 CB's but since I'm not playing and practicing as much and didn't want to lose the forgiveness and distance if I'm off ball striking wise.
  18. I have the CNCPT 01 and 02. If you like the C16's I would go with the 01. The 02 looks like the CB 718, cavity back blade, in size, profile, top line. But, if you like blades then go with the 02. If you want distance, high ball flight, forgiveness, correct spin numbers then the 01 will work also. Looks great...and feels great. I will be playing these my next round. Titleist is on to something with these Concept irons. The things I like about them is the feel, the ball off the clubface, soft, like a miz, but the performance is fantastic, the apex, the spin numbers, the looks. You can work these clubs too, fades, draws, low, high. Technology is great, if you embrace it, it can change your game. Yes they are a premium, but I'm willing to pay a premium and play great golf...at my age...61...makes me feel like I'm 40 again. Hope this helps.

Absolutely love the look of the CNCPT 01 and 02 irons. There’s definitely the option for a combo set there. Hopefully I get a chance to order a set at some point!!

What are the chances the CNCPT irons will be available and if so, when? Are the specs available now, if so, please post. Thanks Chris 92009.

They will definitely be available...the question is when and via what outlets... not sure of those answers yet.

The bottomline is that they are awesome and if you get the chance to pickup a set you will want to strongly consider it assuming the large price tag does not bother you.
  23. I have played the CNCPT 01 irons for 1 month. The gap wedge through 8 iron are about a half club longer than my AP-1’s. The 7 down to the 4 iron are a club longer. Even thought the irons have about a degree weaker loft they fly higher and longer. I dropped my hybrid in favor of carrying a 4 iron. The BEST irons I have ever played.
