I recently got a 983K  8.5 with graf. nano tube proto stiff shaft, 45in.

I was using a Bang MY Square 6* with graf blue stiff, 44in.

I've had many drivers try to take the Bangs place in my bag,  but none could do it.  Until now.

The 983K has its place in my bag.

Now the question, What does a newer version of Titleist driver have that the 983K does not have?

They're all max COR. My miss hits are up and down the center of the face, not heal to toe. I tee the ball high and swing up.

The new 910 series has a face insert that is milled differently than any other Titleist driver. The face is more forgiving and has no "hot spots". Off center hits go almost as far as center contact strikes. I was amazed when I tested the 910 D3 that my heel hit were only 4mph slower than center hits.

The COR on the previous drivers was kept below the legal limit for various reasons. The 910's are right at the limit so you will gain some distance with the 910.
