I'm about to order a set of the 620 cb irons but I have a minor concern. I'll be moving from a set of 714 ap2 irons and the iron lofts are slightly different. The iron lofts are the same below the 6 iron but from the iron through pitch the lofts of the cb are all one degree weaker. My wedge set up is 50-54-58. I'm just not 100% confident on having those stock lofts. My thought is that I will order the cb irons with lofts that match the old ap2 or new t100 irons. The lofts of the T100 just work better and make more sense.

Is there any reason not to do this? The long irons would be stock but from 6-P the lofts would be bent 1 degree strong.

You might be overthinking this. You adjust your lofts for distance, not degrees. If 4 degrees is about 10 yards, then 1 degree by extension is 2.5 yards. The CBs have less "technology" for face forgiveness, so you can't assume the CB PW will have the same distance as the same loft as the T-100 with a thinner face and dampening material. So you would need to check your 50 and (47) PW to see if the gap is an acceptable difference. This is a good question to f/u with your fitter.
