Scotty Camerons 2011?

    Is there any information to what the new line of Scotty Cameron putters are going to be? (ex: Studio Style-Studio Select-?) I think they should bring back the inserts to the new series like the studio style putters, without overcharging like the "button backs" they made. What about a teryllium style putter? The California series are nice I personally feel though they're over-doing the new putters with designs. Any thoughts?

    I like the idea of the inserts as I have a Studio Style.

    You have to expect the "overdoing" of putters. Whether you want to admit or not, People are eating up the designs that Scotty Cameron is producing. People want to show there personalities through EVERYTHING from their bags, headcovers, apparel, etc. People are not the usual conservative, old school type anymore.


    We will continue to see crazy set ups like the futura and detour, But the tried and true 1.5, 2.0 style of putters will prevail and continue to be the bigger sellers.

    I think that MAYBE we might see a change in the future with the release of the del mar button-back.  Its no secret that the most sought after club in the last 2 years has been the SC Button-Back and it would be cool to see a similar release.  It has been 2 years for the SC SS line, so who knows.  I guess we will have to keep our fingers crossed!
