Driver paint material for durability

    I would like to know what Titleist uses to paint the drivers to make the finish durable.  I am going to repaint my friend's metal Titleist woods and want to do a good job.  I am new to this site and don't know how to send a question straight to Team Titleist. If anyone knows any of this, please let me know.  Also, are the clubs made in the US?   Thanks

    For you, the best option you have is to powder coat. If you spray the head using conventional method the paint will be too thick and will chip off. If you really want a durable finish that won't chip off you'll have to have the head anodized. Good luck.
