Anyone still have these? Do you like these? I can get a set really cheap, and was wondering if anyone had an opinion on these. They have the PX 5.5 shafts.
Thanks in advance.

Yes I still play them, and plan to build a combo set with 4-6 Ap2 and 7-PW 710 CB. I don't see the point in going with 710 AP2 as most people will tell you they are very similar. I currently have Project X 5.0 flighted and like them but the CB's I have bought have KBS Tours stiff in them which in intend to soft step once.

I have been playing these AP2 irons for almost 2 years. I really like them and not sure that I will get the new AP2 anytime soon. I have not hit the new irons but understand that there is not much difference from the old model.

I agree,
I have the exact set you are looking at. Same shaft and flex and hands down, they are the best irons I have ever owned (and I have owned a lot!!). Only reason I am considering a upgrade this year is because mine are getting beat up after a few seasons of play. I would definitely pick them up if they are the right price, you won't be disappointed.

I have had the original AP2's since the summer of 09'. I love them.I have PX 6.0 shafts and my set is 3-P with 2 vokey wedges. I am a 3 handicap and they work perfectly for my game. What are the specs for the clubs your looking at? Also, what is your handicap?
