I have just got a new set of titleist vokey wedges this week and i love them. I got a 48 degree wedge a 58 wedge and a 62 degree wedge all conforming to the new pga groove rulings. I was worried about how the new groves would affect the spin of my shots because i prefer to play my shots to the pin and stop them behiend or depending spin the ball back. My old wedges were another brand with spin milling and i was able to spin them like crazy but i am vary pleased with the new wedges i can still spin them but i need to play a little roll on my wedges to get the best turnout. thanks bob vokey and thanks titleist !!!!!!!!

    That's an odd configuration.

the new grooves affect the spin mostly out of the rough. but out of fairways or fringe the shouldn't be too noticable. hoping to get some new Vokeys this year as well!!!

I made sure to get new wedges in 2010 to avoid the groove problem.  I don't plan on qualifying for Q school anytime soon, but it's good to hear that they're not that big of a deal.
