Installing a shaft tip to fit the new 910 drivers - can it be done? I love my current shaft !

    So last year I picked up a used 909D2 head and dropped in a Fubuki Alpha shaft into it, after some experimenting and tipping the shaft about 5/8 of an inch, I started bombing it, and I still am. 

    Now the new heads are out with all the adjustability.  Does anyone know if I can buy a new head and the tip that goes onto the end of the shaft and install that tip onto my shaft?  I really dont want to lay out another $500+ for a new driver with an identical shaft.

    Hi Rob - 

    We completely understand your situation but the SureFit Tour Hosel will not be available for individual sale.  Unfortunately, we cannot offer to install your existing shaft into a 910 head.  As you mentioned, you can certainly have this shaft ordered new (to match your existing specs) but you would be purchasing the full assembled club.

    We do not advocate or recommend that a SureFit adapter be removed and installed on a different shaft.  However, you may be able to find accounts that offer this service but it voids any warranty your club carries.
