  1. Wanting to order some new Irons. My last set fit were T100’s 5-PW T200 4 iron. Project X 6.5 2 degree upright. Fitted at the Belfry.

I really want to try graphite shafts however no where near me has the option to try them in irons. I find the PX ever so slightly boardy.

I’m looking at the MMT Tx Graphite design Tour ad iron shafts Tensei Av white AM(2) KBS TGI

Does anyone have some relevant experience ?

I switched to graphite about 2 years ago from Nippon 1150gh stiff shafts. I'm currently using the MCA MMT105S in 1 set of irons and AeroTech SteelFiber i95cw in another set. I prefer the weight and feel of the MMT105S to the SteelFiber i95cw, but both are good fits for me. My best iron shafts ever were X100 soft-stepped 1 time in a set of old P7MC irons.

It might take a trip to the closest Titleist center to you, like TPI or Manchester Lane in the US. There will be positive responses but that really only applies to their swing. Those centers may also be able to direct you a Premier center closer to you.

I was previously playing a set of 2023 T150 with the Graphite Design AD 85/R flex and found them boardy in that I could not feel the kick. I moved to the Mitsubishi MMT AMC Blue 85/R flex in a T250 newest model after a fitting and found to be much more responsive for me. While I play GD shafts in driver and 3W, the iron shafts were not for me.
