Has anyone else had an issue with the zipper on the larger ball pouch? Mine has formed some gaps and will not zip all the way around.

I guess I can send it in via my pro shop--but wanted to see if anyone had a fix.

The zip on the ball pocket has lost some of the teeth on the top where the zip bends round.

I had problems with the zipper on the waterproof pocket. The seam ripped apart. The zippers on the bag are not very sturdy in my opinion. I sent mine in under warranty and they sent me a replacement bag.

Just had it happen on my 5 way bag, same pouch! Zipper teeth breaking! Compared to my older stand bag of 7 plus years. Zipper quality is not the same, going cheap on an expensive bag is not quality! Expect more from Titleist.

The zippers in the 2016 and 2017 bags have proven to be of poor quality. I have experienced a broken zipper on each of the last 2 Titleist cart bags I have purchased. I dismissed the first zipper failure and purchased a second bag. The zipper on the ball compartment has failed on both bags. I called Titleist warranty department today and was told the 2018 bags have a more reliable zipper. So, apparently, Titleist is aware of the zipper failure issues. But, unfortunately, if your bag was purchased more than 12 months ago, you are out of luck. I was told Titleist warranty department will only receive warranty issues from a Titleist authorized dealer/retailer. Once received at the warranty department, if the item is out of warranty or determined not to be a repairable warranty issue, Titleist will destroy and dispose of the item. Titleist will not ship it back to you. Disappointing to learn that Titleist knows the zippers are of poor quality and are failing but use their 12 month warranty as an excuse not replace the bag.
