Ok...I love my TT Putting Disc but was wondering if they are sourced at different venders than the Scotty’s are manufactured? Love the thickness of the TT versions...love the larger ring hook and hole in the Scotty versions....still looking for a solid plexiglass version of the Titleist Putting Disk.

    Cheers, Dr. K

Those are bag tags, not putting discs.

Seems to me that they are dual purpose...
Sure they are nice looking and well designed and make great "Bag Tags" but...I do believe the are intended to be used as a practice putting aid..."Putting Discs". The Diamater of a cup is 4.25" and so are these...Disks/Discs...SP.

I just measured my TT bag tag and it's only 3 3/4 inches so it's smaller than a cup...

They're used for bag tags and putting discs, in particular when the practice greens are full of folks and you want your own hole to shoot at!

I agree, they are dual purpose. Titleist could have made them any size, but they chose the diameter of a golf cup.
    According to Dr. Kovatchian.

    Just my opinion.

If you read above, Lance P replied after measuring his - they are not the size of the cup, they are smaller.

Some are, some are not. I have both sizes. One is the exact cup size and one is smaller.

I believe there are older versions that are not the size of a cup...those might fall under the category of "Bag Tags".
These newer versions are in fact the size of regulation golf cups which is 4.25".

In addition, putting with the bag tag would make you an ace on the greens as you'd get used to aiming at a smaller cup so a standard size one would look huge!

I am looking forward to getting one! They look great and the added functionality to be used as a putting disc would definitely help on busy weekend days
