    I have a couple of Vessel Cart bags and I have had either my name or my logo embroidered on the ball pocket. I just bought the Titleist Cart 15 bag - I got the White and Black one. I contacted Titleist about having the ball pocket embroidered and was told that they do not stock any "parts" for their bags and could not do this.

    I am a bit shocked - having the ability to change the ball pocket cover is part of this bag - it has velcro and a zipper made so you can take it off, why doesn't Titleist sell the ball pocket cover so you could have one to use if you wanted to sell the bag later?

    Even if it was a special order item and it would take a while - that would not be a big deal. It would just be contacting the factory and saying send us a ball pocket cover in the next shipment.

    First, congrats on your bag, it's a good one. As for embroidery, Titleist does let you order the bag with customized embroidery added but does not do post-purchase customization. That is because they contract out the manufacture of the bags to a separate wholesale company which only does complete bags. You do have a couple of options. You can return the bag quickly within the 30 day purchase window and get a full refund. Then order a custom bag, the same Cart 15 but ask the authorized Titleist dealer to add your name, TT logo, or other logo. It will add a small fee and a few extra weeks to get but with get you what you want. Your other option is to find a local embroidery shop and get the removable pocket cover done and hope it turns out okay since any problems they create will not be under Titleist warranty to resolve.
