Your best option is to get one embroidered on a bag when you order a "new" one. I have my name and the logo on my midsize tour bag. Looks awesome and the additional price is very reasonable. I went to my local Titleist account, where I do all my shopping and they took care of everything for me. Getting it done by Titleist ensures that it correct the quality is 100%.

NOTE: They do not do aftermarket embroidery, "newly purchased bags only".

This has been brought up many many times over the years AND no patches have been made available. Hakuna matata. Most of us go the above route.

With the occasional disappearance of the round clip ons, just think how many Velcro patches will be disappearing from bags. :)
