I have been playing golf for over 50 years and had yet to have a hole-in-one. It was hole No. 8 at Laurel Hill Golf Club in Lorton, VA, a 207 yard par 3. I hit a Titleist 915Hd hybrid straight as a string that landed about 10' short of the hole. All four of us thought it had a chance and we watched it roll in the hole like a putt. I was using a yellow Titleist Pro V1 golf ball. Finally!
