This morning Sunday November 8th, I sat at home from 7 am until like 7:45 am calling every course in the area and every course was booked all day because it’s November and it’s 70 degrees in Virginia. I called front royal golf course and he said if I came now he could get me and a buddy on so we rushed out the house. Played pretty bad for most of the day and then hit hole 15 and I get to the tee big dog left right and I’m screwed....I hit driver and ball hits straight into a huge rock goes way right middle fairway then I hit 7 iron approach to right of green then chip in for my first birdie of the round.....everyone’s cheering it was pretty damn good shot. We then pull up to 16 which has temporary tees to the right, we get up to the tee box and sun is completely in your eyes and you can’t see much at all. 190 yards away I pull out 6 iron cause the only thing I didn’t want to happen was go long. I hit a great shot that I knew was going to be on the green and then my buddy hits and he is short of the green....we walk to the green I don’t see my ball anywhere, we go to the back of the green we walk around the sides because we had no clue what happened cause it was so bright. I joked around and said let me check the hole and boom HOLE IN ONE!!!!! My first hole in one I was using a matte blue maxfli ball and this time I was using a neon green titleist velocity!!! Such a fun experience again even though we didn’t see it fully happen
