I was playing in my Monday night league. Our 2nd hole is a 152 yard par 3. I hit a 9 iron that landed about 12 feet short of the pin, bounced and started to roll out. We lost sight of the ball and my playing group said they thought it went in. I thought it was just tucked behind the pin out of view. As we drove up closer to the green, we could start to see the top of the ball just sticking out above the cup because of the foam currently being used in the cups. It was an ace! It was my first one and the first witnessed by the rest of my group.
