If the first 2 holes were a sign the round would take, I should have been ready for a triple bogey. But to make my first ever hole in one, here is nothing short of pure luck and a hint of a decent shot. First of all, the "craziest of odds,' is a nod to the same hole back in March 26th, 2017. My wife scored an ace on this exact hole. I remember watching it in amazement then doubt. Mine? The same feeling. Back then, the course had people on it, yesterday... maybe at most 10 people the entire day. Its strange how quiet the course, resort was. Some birds were heard in the back ground. but other then that, nothing. We have played this course hundred of times, I know where to hit it wherever the pin is. Im just not always accurate. As I watched the ball in its flight, I didn't think - ACE! i just thought it would be good place. It hit the green, slowly starting moving down the hill towards the cup. As quiet as it was, I heard it hit the pin. It was all in slow motion. Now, my wife isn't the only one to claim a hole in one in our family.
