My hole in one came at the Par 3 number 2 hole at Walt Disney World's Lake Buena Vista Golf Course in Orlando, Florida. The second hole is a 150 yard hole with a bunker guarding the front of an elevated green. I hit an 8 iron to the green but the sun kept me from seeing the ball land. After the rest of my foursome teed off, we arrived at the green, where I located three balls, none of them mine. I double checked the bunker but it wasn't there. I looked around the green in the second cut, but again - no ball. Perplexed, I suddenly remembered a shot hit by a playing partner several years earlier. He was pleasantly surprised to see that the ball had found its way into the cup from the fairway on a Par 4. I walked over to the cup and sure enough, there was my ball, nestled in the bottom. It was my second hole in one in two and a half years.
