Years ago I played on the Latin American Tour, Argentine Open first round first group started on ten. On my 8th hole #17 251 yards which was a long way in the mid 90’s I hit a one iron hoping to get it around the front of the green, chip one putt and get out of there with a par. I can’t find my ball anywhere when the only person in the grandstands says “Señor hole” a Ace!!! Paul Azinger runs over and high-fives me Cool right!! The bad part…I got a paragraph in the newspaper in Spanish that I couldn’t read and on my last hole the 9th 145 yards they were giving away a $70,000 Mercedes for a hole in one ”Now I’m thinking 2 aces in a round!!!….made double bogie!
