I was playing my Club's Early Bird league's four club tournament. Eighteen holes with only 4 clubs. I chose a (Titleist) 5 Wood, 4 Rescue, 5 Iron and Sand wedge. Having only 122 yards to the par 3 hole and limited club choices, I went with the 5. The pin was tucked behind the bunker (a sucker's pin). Teed my Titleist Tour Soft high and off my left foot, I chocked down to the metal and let it rip. A high soft flight resulted. Not able to see the hole over the shoulder of the bunker, I thought I flew the green. Then my partner said "check the hole" in a playful snicker. Jokes on him! It was indeed at the bottom of the cup! Ace number three for me.
