Playing Hickory Creek golf club in Canton Michigan. Hole #6. Hit a 7 iron on 123 yd par 3. Pin up front. Hit my yellow Titleist AVX and saw it bounce in front of the green and roll on. My friend asked if it was short. I said no I think I have a good birdie putt coming up. He hits his white Titleist Pro V1. It hits about 3 ft from the pin but couldn’t see it on the green. We get up to the green and there’s a white ball 12 inches from the pin. No yellow ball in sight. I said its got to be in the hole. I saw it roll onto the green. Sure enough it was in. My friend said he puts it 12 inches, makes a birdie, and loses a stroke to me.
