My first occurred some 30 some odd years ago in Waco TX., at Cottonwood, GC.
My second occurred today at my home club, Lakeside Park Club, an original Donald Ross course.
In both cases the holes were uphill par threes and could not have the opportunity to see the ball go into the cup.
