At age 64 I have just restarted after 14 years lay off and this was my Final Card ( 9 Holes) at St.Ives (HUNTS) to regain my Official handicap. ( Now confirmed from England Golf at 12.7)
It was Freezing cold weather with a very strong Head wind, into the 12th Hole from the Blue Senior Tees, at 126 Yards. ( In Summer I'm guessing at's a wedge/9 Iron) , BUT I hit a Flat out 6 Iron, 1 bounce and in it went..Thrilling for me!!
