My wife was gracious enough to allow me to play a second round on Sunday 6 February with a fellow Air Force friend that was about to deploy. Frost delays led to us starting on #12 the second round. On hole #5 (12th hole of the round) at Green Valley Country Club in California, I flushed my 5 iron and saw it hit the green and start to roll left. At 190 yards and the sun behind the hills, I didn't see where the ball stopped. As we approached the green, my friend called it that it was in the hole, and it was!!!!!! My #8 Titleist Pro V1 was in the bottom of the cup! I normally play Bridgestone but that may change....and thank goodness my club has Hole in One insurance for the bar tab!!!
