It was a great day at the Greenhorn Creek Resort in Angels Camp, CA. I was on an elevated tee box on Number 3. A Par 3, 107 yards from the Whites. The greens was protected by a large sandy bunder on the left / flag was forward about 10 yards from the bunker. The greens sloped right to left at a sever angle. I hit ball high and right, landing just off the greens on the right side. I thought the ball was going to bounce back and right. Instead, it bounced straight up, and landed left on to the greens at a 90 degree angle left, rolled left about 40 feet, hitting the flag, with the ball ending up in the cup. That was definitely a lucky left "Hole in One".
