Made my second ace today at my home club, Desert Dunes Golf Club, Desert Hot Springs, CA.

It was a characteristically windy day, blowing around 25 mph out of the west.

Hole #14 was only playing about 150 yds today but, due to the wind, I decided to hit my 6 iron.

I hit a nice draw to a back pin. It was one of those shots where you kind of knew if you had the yardage right that it had a very good chance of going in since it was tracking the entire way. The ball landed about 10' short and rolled right in.

I normally play the Pro V1x but today I happened to be hitting an AVX so I may need to make the switch!
